Our role involved operating Service Management disciplines thus contributing to the production of nautical charts and maritime publications, ensuring the safety and efficiency of marine navigation. Collaborated with a team of SMEs within a wider ITIL practice, we used ITSM best practice to support the collection and interpretation of hydrographic data. This experience has equipped us with valuable skills in project, teamwork, and technical problem-solving.

Our expertise includes optimising network performance, troubleshooting connectivity issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication.
